Repeals the 2010 retail trading hours variation order for the Shire of Plantagenet, authorising general retail shops to open at times they would otherwise be closed.

The minister for commerce and industrial relations made the retail trading hours (shire of plantagenet) variation order 2017. This order repeals the retail trading hours (shire of plantagenet) variation order 2010. General retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the plantagenet local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed.
