The Environmental Protection Authority has resolved to delegate to Professor Matthew Tonts, Dr Jenny Pope, Dr Bruce Hegge and Dr Kathleen Broderick, acting jointly, all of its powers and duties under Part IV, Division 1 and Part VII of the Act in respect of the assessment of, and any appeals relating to the assessment of, the Smiths Beach Project, Yallingup—Coastal Tourism Village, which was referred to the Authority by Smiths 2014 Pty Ltd on 24 December 2021, as changed from time to time.
