CE402 CEMETERIES ACT 1986 ALBANY CEMETERY BOARD In pursuance of the powers conferred upon it by section 53 of the Cemeteries Act 1986, the Albany Cemetery Board hereby records having resolved on the 25th day of May 2022 to set the following fees and charges effective from 1st day of July 2022. The fees and charges shall be payable upon application for services detailed hereunder. SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES All fees and charges are inclusive of 10% GST (except where shown exempt) $ 1. Grant of Right of Burial (25 year tenure period) (GST exempt) Grave Site (2.4m x 1.2m) 1,475.00 Renewal of Grant of Right of Burial 1,475.00 Pre-need purchase—land selected by applicant or land reserved in advance 1,735.00 Approval to any refund on an unexpired Grant of Right of Burial shall be at the absolute discretion of the Board and in any case, the approved refund shall not exceed the amount originally paid, less an Administration fee of 205. May 2022 2.Burial Fees (a) Adult Burial 1,375.00 (b) Child Burial (under 13 years) 800.00 (c) Stillborn Burial in special ground set aside 320.00 (d) Re-opening of occupied gravesite, and burial 1,375.00 3. Exhumation fee 2,180.00 Re-burial after exhumation 1,375.00 4.
