Made by the minister under section 43. This order is the prohibition on commercial fishing (Ningaloo Marine Park) amendment order 2022. The amendment in this instrument is to the prohibition on commercial fishing (Ningaloo Marine Park) order 2005. In clause 2, insert in alphabetical order— “live sand” means sand or sedimentary material taken from the sea floor, or present in the water column, and in which aquatic organisms are likely to be present.
