Under section 34(2) of the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020 the Western Australian Planning Commission (the WAPC) may delegate to the Swan Valley Statutory Planning Committee, any power or duty of the WAPC under the Planning and Development Act 2005. On 18 August 2021, pursuant to section 34(2) of the Swan Valley Planning Act 2020, the WAPC resolved to delegate its powers and functions as set out in the schedule.
