The council of the Shire of Narrogin resolved on 27 February 2019 to adopt the following local law. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Narrogin Repeal and Amendment Local Law 2019 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. Repeals Bylaws of the Municipality of Narrogin numbered 1 to 27 inclusive as published in the Government Gazette on 5 March 1926. Amends Cemetery Local Law 2016, Extractive Industries Local Law 2016, Parking Local Law 2016, and Public Places and Local Government Property Local Law 2016.
