General Amendment Local Law 2019 — Amending Waste and Dogs Local Laws
Amends the Shire of Moora Waste Local Law 2016 and the Shire of Moora Dogs Local Law 2016.

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Dog Act 1976, the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Moora resolved on 20 February 2019 to make the following local law. The local law may be cited as the Shire of Moora General Amendment Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Intends to request the Minister to approve the revestment in the Crown of land due to unpaid rates and service charges.
Requires landowners/occupiers in the Shire of Moora to comply with fire hazard reduction measures by November 1 annually.
Approves Shire of Moora Local Planning Scheme No. 4 Amendment No. 12, modifying zoning tables, deleting clauses, and inserting provisions.
Enacts the Shire of Moora Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2016 to regulate activities within the shire.
