Enacts the Shire of Moora General Amendment Local Law 2019.

Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Dog Act 1976, the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and all other powers enabling it, the Council of the Shire of Moora resolved on 20 February 2019 to make the following local law. The local law may be cited as the Shire of Moora General Amendment Local Law 2019. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.

Requests the Minister to approve the revestment of land due to unpaid rates and service charges if outstanding amounts are not paid within 30 days.
Requires landowners/occupiers in the Shire of Moora to reduce bushfire risk by November 1 annually and maintain standards until March 29 annually.
Approves the Shire of Moora Local Planning Scheme amendment to modify the zoning table, delete clauses, insert provisions, and amend clauses.
Enacts the Shire of Moora Activities in Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Local Law 2016.
