Appoints persons occupying positions in the attached schedule as authorised officers for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Act 2004.

I, Dr Shirley Bowen, Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Health, acting pursuant to regulation 61(1) of the Tobacco Products Control Regulations 2006 (WA), hereby appoint the persons occupying the positions in the attached Schedule to be authorised officers for the purposes of the Criminal Procedure Act 2004 (WA) Part 2. This instrument of appointment shall take effect upon signing and shall remain in force until otherwise amended or revoked.
