I, Dr Shirley Bowen, Department CEO of the Department of Health, acting pursuant to section 76 of the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006, hereby appoint the persons employed in the Public Service under the Public Sector Management Act 1994 (WA) Part 3 and listed in the attached Schedule to be investigators for the purposes of the Tobacco Products Control Act 2006. The instrument of appointment titled Tobacco Products Control Act 2006 -Instrument of Appointment—Appointment of Investigators (No. 2) 2023 and dated 7 November 2023 is hereby revoked.
