It is hereby notified for public information that mr ashley peczka has been appointed as community emergency services officer for the purpose of enforcing the following acts, regulations and local laws for the shire of jerramungup— i. local government act 1995 ii. bush fires act 1954 iii. local government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1960 iv. council local laws v. caravan parks and camping grounds act 1995
