Orders made by the honourable justice pritchard on 12 september 2017. Pursuant to s 4(2) of the vexatious proceedings restriction act 2002, st john of god health care inc has leave to bring this application. Rosaria kezic is prohibited from instituting any proceeding concerning the payment of workers’ compensation in connection with ms kezic’s employment by st john of god health care inc, without the leave of a court or tribunal.
