Made under the Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Amendment Act 2020 section 2(1)(c) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Amendment Act 2020 Commencement Proclamation 2020. The Residential Parks (Long-stay Tenants) Amendment Act 2020 sections 6, 81, 82, 83 and 86 come into operation on 30 September 2020.
