Under the powers conferred by the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Shire of Northam resolved by Absolute Majority on 17 January 2018 to make the following local law: This local law may be cited as the Shire of Northam Activities In Thoroughfares and Public Places and Trading Amendment Local Law 2018. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
Related notices
Determines that the Shire of Northam will use gross rental value as the basis for rates on specified land.
Requires landowners in the Shire of Northam to conduct fire prevention work by November 1 and maintain it until April 30.
Enacts the Shire of Northam Waste Local Law 2020.
Approves Shire of Northam Local Planning Scheme amendment to rezone land and update scheme maps.
