Notice Text
The Council of the Shire of Koorda resolved on 21 May 2025 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Caravan Parks and Camping Grounds Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Koorda Caravan Park Local Law 2025 and comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette. This local law applies throughout the district.
