It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Koorda Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 April 2020 for the purpose of reclassifying Lot 28313 Scott Street, Koorda (part of Reserve 20135) from Parks and recreation Reserve to Special Use Zone 2 (SU 2), and amend the Scheme Map accordingly.
