In accordance with Section 45 (1) (c) of the Racing and Wagering Western Australia Act 2003, notice is hereby given that the Board of Racing and Wagering WA on 29 October 2025 resolved to amend the RWWA Rules of Greyhound Racing 2022 as follows— amendments to local rules. Delete local rule 39. A copy of the above rules may be obtained during office hours from the RWWA offices at 14 Hasler Road, Osborne Park 6017, WA or Racing and Wagering Western Australia website, www.rwwa.com.au.
