2020/2021 Firebreak Notice — City of South Perth
Requires owners and occupiers of land in the City of South Perth to clear firebreaks by December 1, 2020, and maintain them until April 30, 2021, to prevent bush fires.

As a measure for preventing the outbreak of a bush fire, all owners and occupiers of land within the City’s district are required before 1 December 2020 to clear firebreaks or to take measures in accordance with this Notice and maintain those firebreaks and measures in accordance with this Notice up to and including 30 April 2021. Penalty for non compliance: $5,000.
