Made under the dog amendment (stop puppy farming) act 2021 section 2(e) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the dog amendment (stop puppy farming) act 2021 commencement proclamation 2022. The dog amendment (stop puppy farming) act 2021 part 2 division 3 (but only section 44) and part 3 (but only sections 49 and 62) come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the gazette.
