These regulations are the conservation and land management amendment regulations (no. 3) 2022. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on 1 september 2022. These regulations amend the conservation and land management regulations 2002. In regulation 39(1)(e) delete “ “very high”, “severe”,”.
