Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 4 october 2019, are required by the administrators, australian unity trustees limited care of po box 1194, west perth wa 6872 to send particulars of their claims within one month of publication date to them, after which date they may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
