Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died between 4 june and 6 june 2018, are required by the trustee of the late john chester porter c/- denmark legal, 55 strickland street, denmark, western australia 6333, to send particulars of their claims to it by 16 august 2019, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
