Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 8 february 2019, are required by the trustee of the late fonnie alicia rickard (also known as vonnie alicia rickard) of c/- denmark legal, [contact details redacted] 6333, to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days of this notice, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
