Made under the Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020 section 2(1)(c) by the Governor in Executive Council. The Workers’ Compensation and Injury Management Amendment (COVID-19 Response) Act 2020, other than sections 1, 2, 3 and 16, comes into operation on 12 October 2020.
