These regulations are the National Gas Access (WA) (Act Amendment) Regulations 2020. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day on which the National Gas Access (WA) Adoption of Amendments Order 2020 clause 3 comes into operation. These regulations amend the National Gas Access (WA) Act 2009 Schedule 1.
