Appoints a member to the North Kimberley Land Conservation District committee.

Made by the commissioner of soil and land conservation. This instrument may be cited as the north kimberley land conservation district (appointment of members) instrument 2017. Under section 23(2b) of the act and clause 5(2)(a) of the soil and land conservation (north kimberley land conservation district) amendment order 2007, amend clause 2(a) of the previous order— (a) delete—john moulden of kununurra; and (b) insert—director infrastructure, shire of wyndham east kimberley. Members appointed to the committee under this instrument will hold office for a three year term expiring on 24 march 2020.
