These regulations amend the State Superannuation Regulations 2001. Amendments include changes to definitions and regulations regarding death benefits and binding death benefit nominations for Gold State Super, West State Super and GESB Super members. The regulations also address the transfer of benefits to other schemes or funds or the Commonwealth Commissioner of Taxation.
