Made by the governor in executive council. These regulations are the road traffic (administration) amendment regulations 2021. These regulations come into operation as follows — (a) regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day. These regulations amend the road traffic (administration) regulations 2014. In regulation 18(2) in the table before the item for regulation 140 insert: r. 133 driving along or into bus lane r. 133a(1) driving along or into busway.
