I, alistair jones, in my capacity as acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the waste avoidance and resource recovery act 2007 (“the act”), and pursuant to section 92 of the act, hereby delegate to the holders for the time being of the offices of the— (a) executive director, assurance of the department of water and environmental regulation, all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, under— (a) sections 86(1) and 92(2) of the act.
