It is hereby notified for public information that the following person be appointed as an authorised person for the City of Kalamunda, to administer to provisions of the following acts, regulations and local laws— local government act 1995 and regulations; local government (miscellaneous provisions) act 1960; bush fires act 1954 and regulations; city of kalamunda local laws and regulations; emergency management act 2005. • declan mccubben. Such appointments are to remain valid until revoked, or until the person appointed is no longer employed by the City of Kalamunda.
