I, alistair jones, in my capacity as the acting chief executive officer of the department responsible for the administration of the environmental protection act 1986 (“the act”), acting pursuant to section 20 of the act, hereby delegate all my powers and duties, other than this power of delegation, conferred or imposed by sections 47(3), 48(1), 48(2)(a) and 48(2)(b) of the act to specified executive directors and directors of the department of water and environmental regulation. Delegation no.59 dated 10 may 2024 is hereby revoked.
