Notice Text
All owners and/or occupiers of land situated in the City of Karratha are required under the Bush Fires Act 1954 Section 33 to clear and maintain mineral earth breaks and reduce the fuel load from the land owned or occupied by you as specified. Failure to comply with this Notice may incur penalties of up to $5,000 and the works required by this Notice will be carried out at the expense of the owner/occupier.
