These regulations are the Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2021. Regulations 1 and 2 come into operation on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day on which the Procurement (Debarment of Suppliers) Regulations 2021 regulation 3 comes into operation. These regulations amend the Taxation Administration Regulations 2003.
