The Parnngurr Aboriginal Community is declared a restricted area. Regulations prohibit bringing liquor into or possessing liquor in the Parnngurr Aboriginal Community, with penalties up to $5,000. Exempt persons are excluded from the prohibition if they maintain possession but do not consume the liquor. Regulations expire on 7 July 2021.
