These regulations amend the Public Transport Authority Regulations 2003. Amendments include deletions and insertions related to 'master' and additions regarding valid tickets and passenger capacity on conveyances. A driver, master or authorised person may advise a person that the person must not travel or remain on a conveyance if the person tenders a $50 note or $100 note in payment of the fare.
