Notice Text
Pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954 you are hereby required on or before 15th May 2017, or within 14 days of the date of you becoming owner or occupier should this occur after 15th May 2017, to remove flammable material or clear firebreaks. Thereafter, you must maintain the land or the firebreaks clear of flammable material up to and including 31st December 2017.
