Approves temporary suspension of the Road Traffic Act and/or Regulations for various cycling road races and a car rally. Racing is confined to specified carriageways in the Shires of Serpentine-Jarrahdale, Mundaring, Collie, Donnybrook Balingup, and Collie. Suspensions apply to specific regulations regarding stop signs/lines and cyclists riding abreast. Participants must comply with other traffic laws and wear head protection.
