Owners and/or occupiers of land situated within the Shire of Mundaring are notified that pursuant to Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, works must be carried out before the 1st day of November in each year, or within 14 days of becoming the owner or occupier of land if after that date. All work specified in this Notice is to be maintained up to and including the 31st day of March in the following calendar year.
