Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 24th day of February 2023 at Albany, in the said state are required by the personal representatives Geoffrey Howard Bales, Anthony John Brumpton and Sandy Rae Sutherland to send particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co of P O Box 5744, Albany W.A. 6332 by the date one month following the publication of this notice after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which they then had notice.
