Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased who died on the 14th day of April 2025 at Willagee in the said state are required by the executor Matthew Edward Wilson of [contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to David Moss & Co of [contact details redacted] of this notice after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claim for which they have then had notice.
