These regulations are the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) Amendment Regulations 2019. These regulations come into operation as follows โ (a) regulations 1 and 2 โ on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the regulations โ on the day after that day. These regulations amend the Road Traffic (Blood Sampling and Analysis) Regulations 1975.
