Creditors and other persons having claim (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect to the estate of the deceased death on 16th august 2020, are required by the executor, rhena porter, 33 parkway gardens, parmelia wa, to send particulars of their claims to her within 30 days of this notice, after which date she may convey or distribute the assets, having regards only to the claims of which she had then been given notice.
