Made under the Port Kennedy Development Act 2017 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the Port Kennedy Development Act 2017 commencement proclamation 2018. The Port Kennedy Development Act 2017, other than part 1, comes into operation on 27 february 2018.
