Under the powers conferred by the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Act 2007 and the Local Government Act 1995, the Council of the Town of East Fremantle resolved on 20 February 2018 to adopt the following local law: this local law is cited as the Town of East Fremantle Waste Amendment Local Law 2017. This local law comes into operation 14 days after the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
