The Minister for Mines and Petroleum, pursuant to the powers conferred on him by section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby cancels the exemption of land designated ‘s19/368’ in the tengraph electronic plan of the Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety, which was granted on 16 January 2017 and gazetted on 27 January 2017. The subject land is now subject to divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the Mining Act 1978.
