Pursuant to section 66 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, notice MA402 is cancelled and the following waters are closed to vessels/propulsors fitted with an aerial device: gazetted speed restricted areas less than 8 knots; closed waters areas or swimming prohibited areas; navigable channels and fairways; protected waters; and waters less than 3 metres deep; unless these waters are included in Schedule A of this notice. All other navigable waters are open to the operation of vessels/ propulsors fitted with an aerial device.
