Notice Text
Notice to all owners and/or occupiers of land within the City of South Perth. Requires clearing of firebreaks or taking measures to prevent bush fire outbreak/spread before 1 December 2022, and maintaining them up to and including 30 April 2023. Penalty for non-compliance is $5,000. The city may enter the land and carry out the requisitions of the notice which have not been complied with and recover the costs.
