Made under the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 section 2(1)(b) by the Governor in Executive Council. This proclamation is the Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 Commencement Proclamation 2022. The Industrial Relations Legislation Amendment Act 2021 Part 5 (other than sections 100 to 119 and 121) and Part 6 come into operation on the day after the day on which this proclamation is published in the Gazette.
