Notice is hereby given that the Western Australian Planning Commission has resolved to revoke Planning Control Area 123—Scarborough Beach Road between Odin Road and Hinderwell Street and Planning Control Area 127—Scarborough Beach Road (King Edward Road to Main Street) pursuant to section 113 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, and that the Minister for Planning has granted approval to the revocations. The revocation of Planning Control Areas 123 and 127 are affective from the date of this notice in the Government Gazette.
