I, richard john rogerson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby varies the area and extends the term of land designated “section 19/336” in tengraph by varying the description and area which appeared in the government gazette dated 28 december 2012 to the description and area as detailed hereunder and extending the term for a further period of two years to 2 december 2020.
