I, richard john rogerson, executive director, resource tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the mining act 1978, hereby extends the exemption originally declared on 12 december 2008 and published in the government gazette dated 30 december 2008 for that area described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from divisions 1 to 5 of part iv of the mining act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 11 december 2020.
